MirrorFirmation is a mobile app designed to raise awareness of current unrealistic beauty standards and body images while promoting self-acceptance and body positivity. The mobile app can be paired with an AR mirror, tracking users' gestures and facial expressions to display affirmations and motivational quotes, boosting mood and confidences.
